Yes — all steaming, retouching, crease removal, colour balancing and resizing is included in the per-product price. No usage fees, no hidden costs.
Do you offer discounts for large quantities?
Yes. Volume discounts apply on large catalogues and ongoing retainer work — send your typical monthly volume for a tailored quote.
How fast is delivery?
Standard turnaround is 2-3 days from the shoot date, with a guaranteed 24-hour fast-track option for time-sensitive launches.
Do you accept shipped samples?
Yes — we work with clients worldwide. Drop samples at the Manchester studio (M8 8RA) or post them in, and we return them after the shoot.
